Where,
when and how to use a Spacer?
There are many types of Spacers for a great variety of
applications for all parts of a building structure:

Beams -Beam Spacer
: An 'L' shaped chair which is all that every contractor
needs. Each spacer comes with two covers and there are
different covers for the different sizes of reinforcement
bars.

Columns -Plastic Wheel Spacer
: A wheel-like toy, it allows smooth concrete flow
without causing any obstruction. It is designed to
withstand side load and its unique clipping system enable
tight hold and will not drop out. Simply clip it on the
link of both square or around columns. Perfect concrete
covers throughout the whole columns. Recommended distance
between every two or three rows of spacer is
approximately 750mm.

Concrete Piles - Half-Wheel Spacer
: A combination of both the wheel and heavy duty chair,
it gives extra support for the heavy reinforcement bars
used in the concrete piles. It also provide both a side
and a bottom cover. Usage is easy. Simply just slip-in at
the bottom bars for concrete piles. No fuss.

Bored Piles - Giant Wheel Spacer
: Easy to use. Just clip it on the link of the
reinforcement bars cage when lowering the bars cage into
the iron cage in the soil. There is no obstruction of
movement and absolutely no hindrance to concrete flows.

Slabs - Mesh Spacers / Chair Spacer
: A four-legged chair to support the wiremesh at its
cross junction. Place at centre to centre a distance of

on the mesh. It comes in all standard specified height.
The entire wiremesh will be perfectly and securely sits
and clips onto the chairs, it is tidy with no uneven mesh
and provide perfect concrete covers before and after
concreting.

Walls - Wall retaining Spacer
: Looking like an 'arrow' at both sides, it helps to
ensure consistent thickness reinforcement bars and at the
same time provide perfect distance between the two layers
of mesh of reinforcement bars. It is the only four-in
spacer which provide equal cover at both ends, equal
distances between meshs and also equal thickness for the
whole wall.

Pre-cast Yards, Lightweight panel -Custom made
Spacer
: Custom Made Spacer possible in all different shapes and
design for different applications. A baby mesh spacer. A
Wheel. A baby Chair. A Ring or A Caterpillar. Choose to

hole opening reverse for installation of conceal service
pipes or wires when in need also prevent concrete from
entering the hollow section mean for reduce weight
loading on building.
